About Qspired

Built by people who have done the work, not just studied it.

We've sat in the HR and business chairs ourselves. That's where Qspired's name, and the way we work, actually comes from.

Where the name comes from

Why "Qspired."

A note from our founder, Carrie Magee

My family has called me Queenie for as long as I can remember, partly as a joke about how particular I can be, and partly because I've always believed something simple: if you do the work right, life shouldn't have to be a constant struggle. Not effortless. Earned. When the foundation is solid, the rest gets easier.

Qspired comes from that belief. The Q carries the nickname forward. The "spire" comes from inspiration and aspiration, the two things we actually measure success by. If a client doesn't leave more inspired about the work and more clear on what they're aspiring to, the engagement hasn't done its job, no matter what else got delivered. The mark reflects it too: a Q with its tail breaking free and rising into a spire, reaching up instead of curling back on itself.

That's the whole idea behind the name. We help people and organizations build something solid enough that reaching for what's next doesn't feel like a fight, it just feels like the next right step.

One conversation. No pitch.

A first conversation costs nothing and clarifies everything.

We don't run discovery calls that feel like sales pitches. Our first conversation is diagnostic, we'll ask what's actually hard right now, tell you honestly whether we can help, and point you in the right direction either way.
