Explore Workforce Strategy

With over 35 years of experience in communications, Tammy is a multi-discipline practitioner with deep skills in executive, employee, human resources, public relations, and community activities. While most of her career was spent at one of the world's premier financial services organizations, Tammy supported distinct subsidiaries ranging from field-based sales operations to local branch networks to giant retail partners, all while supporting executives from various walks of life. Not only did she forge strong relationships with those executives, but she was also a passionate advocate for employees and culture.

Her superpower is translating corporate speak into something real, understandable, and consistent. As both a strategic and promotional thinker, she can identify issues and facts, make messages, and deliver them with the consistency and urgency required in a large and diverse organization.

Tammy, a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Journalism, sums up her career simply: words matter. This comes from her training and early career as a newspaper reporter. This is especially important in today's world where she believes AI shouldn't be used to create messages but rather refine them and the process for delivery while still retaining a human touch.

One conversation. No pitch.

A first conversation costs nothing and clarifies everything.

We don't run discovery calls that feel like sales pitches. Our first conversation is diagnostic, we'll ask what's actually hard right now, tell you honestly whether we can help, and point you in the right direction either way.
