LaShunda Green is a senior HR leader and consultant with more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across global and Fortune 500 companies, including Hilton, Pel, and HubSpot. Several of her roles have been multi-site and global in nature.

She brings deep experience in the optimization of HR processes, with expertise in HR operations and shared services, leave of absence and accommodations administration, policy development and compliance, leveraging technology to build scalable processes, and automation of HR through AI.

Her core consulting expertise is in partnering with organizations to assess HR operations, identify process and compliance gaps, and design practical, scalable solutions that improve the employee and HR experience.

Examples of the types of projects she works on include developing HR service delivery models, optimizing processes, implementing case management platforms, and serving as an HR subject matter expert on HRIS implementations.

She has a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
