Carrie Magee

CEO and Founder

Carrie speaks the language of senior business executives in a variety of functions because she has more than likely sat in their chair. Her passion is enabling the success of others above all else. She brings 25 years of executive experience from a variety of senior HR and business line positions in Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries including Financial Services, Consumer Products, Building Products, and Automotive. Her most recent Corporate Role was as Head of Client Experience for Citi Retail Services.

Kristen Cooksley

Consultant (Human Capital, Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness)

Kristen brings more than 20 years diverse human capital experience as an internal OD practitioner and external consultant and has worked across multiple industries and organization sizes. She has a master’s-level education in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and extensive international project leadership experience. Kristen’s work focuses on building HR programs and processes, conducting organizational assessments and designs, leading large project change management efforts, and developing learning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Consultant (HR Process Improvement, Interim/Fractional CHRO)

Innovative, solutions-oriented Human Resources expert. Specializing in “startup to grown-up” and HR transformation projects. Compassionate and pragmatic employee coach. “Work/Lead Like a Pro” workshop leader.

Jennifer Spees

Consultant (HR process optimization, Talent Management & Succession Planning, and Corporate Development - due diligence, segregation and integration)

Jennifer Spees has over 20 years of Human Resources and Talent Management experience.  She has held roles of progressive responsibility in both the private and public sectors, small (less than 250 employees) and Fortune 500 organizations, and a variety of industries including building materials, consumer packaged goods, and pulp & paper. 

 Ms. Spees has worked with both domestic and global teams, as well as across all levels of each organization.
